Ethos – The County Committee has urged clubs taking part in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Teams Competition to play their normal and proper sides at all times in the Competitions. They particularly do not want to see the practice of teams “playing down” on Cup dates, for example should a club have insufficient players on Cup days to meet their commitments the Committee does NOT want the Club to cancel their 2nd XV game and then play in the 3rd or 4th Teams Competitions!

Should a game revert to uncontested scrums, the result at the end of 40 minutes each way shall decide the winner of the tie.Dates of Rounds.
The Senior, Intermediate, Junior and Plate Competitions, is an on or before date. If no date can be agreed then the date stated shall be the date for playing the tie.County Cup Rules.
